Thursday 7.20 - 8.30pm DYNAMIC YOGA -Bayhead Bridge Centre This is a mixed ability class offering a dynamic and powerful session to challenge the body and calm the mind. Whole body strengthening and stretching through a flowing series of stress busting yoga postures finishing with relaxation.

Thursday 9.30am YOGA AND PILATES FLOW - Bayhead Bridge Centre, Stornoway
A half n half class of yoga and pilates - Pilates for core strength and alignment, yoga for all over body workout, calm mind and relaxation.

All classes must be booked by paying online deposit.

If you have to miss a class feel free to drop into the other one so that you get your full term of sessions.
