WHAT YOU WILL NEED

A yoga/exercise non slip mat - THIS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU AT THE VENUE

A 65cm or 75cm NON BURST exercise ball - THIS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU AT THE VENUE

Please bring with you: A blanket/throw, socks and a small cushion for the relaxation. Water.

Please do not eat a heavy meal 2 hours before class. Something light only.

You need to be over 14 weeks pregnant and no previous experience of yoga necessary. Please inform your midwife you are taking up yoga ante-natal classes.

 

Julie Shaw is a British Wheel of Yoga Teacher with over a decade of experience teaching. She has taught classes in Stornoway and many parts of the Island. She has recently undertaken the BIRTHLIGHT pregnancy yoga training and is committed to giving women confidence in their ability to birth their babies. Becoming a mum is a very precious time, a pregnant woman should have a nurturing space where she can relax and take a break from her busy day to day life.
